“Flip your aim, spin your luck, and let the darts do the talking!” – this statement says it all. Each round, the board’s numbers were in new places, forcing players to
'double"-guess themselves. Muscle memory and practice had players throwing at areas they shouldn’t be aiming at… without thinking. (Hey, Brian Beach, what are you aiming at? The 18's aren’t there anymore!)
Tilting heads could be seen everywhere as players tried to reestablish their common ground. Strategy came into play too, as some decided to aim for new numbers instead of their usual targets based on board placement. However, when it was time for cricket, darters were challenged to hit areas of the board that may not have gotten much love in the past.
It was an afternoon full of laughter, surprises, and a true test of adaptability—proof that sometimes, the best fun comes when everything is a little upside-down.

We apologize for the time change. The adjustment was necessary due to the facility needing additional space for other evening events.
The date was selected in hopes of avoiding conflicts with surrounding clubs—or at least that was the plan. We understand that some players were still faced with choosing between tournaments, and we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Thank you to Kathleen Mazur and Gretchen Weidus for planning and organizing this tournament. Thank you Rookies Bar and Grill for your great space for holding this tournament.
COMING UP: Don't forget the 45 avg & Under on March 8th!
