Summer Prize Redemption Information

Welcome Summer Darters!

 

Welcome to the official prize portal. This is where you can redeem the rewards you've earned for a fantastic season. Please read the guidelines below carefully before you proceed.

 

Prize Redemption Guidelines - orders must be placed by 10/8/2025

 

  • Quantity Limit: Each team can choose a maximum number of items equal to the number of players rostered on the team (1 item per player rostered).   You can mix and match items from the prize portal as you like, as long as the total quantity does not exceed the number of players on your team.

  • No Cost: There is no cost for any of the items in the portal. The Wix checkout process is being used to collect your team information.

  • Team Information at Checkout: During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide your team name and other relevant details. This is crucial for us to process your prize order correctly. Please ensure this information is accurate.

  • Category-Specific Prizes: To ensure fairness, teams can only select prizes from the category that corresponds to their final league standing. For example, a third-place team can only choose from the Third-Place prize gallery. Any orders that do not follow this rule will be canceled.

  • Communication: An email has been sent to the team captain; the team captain should collaborate and place 1 order per team.

  • Delivery: all items will be delivered to the league manager, and the league manager will get in contact with the team captain to disburse orders.  Orders will take several weeks due to embroidery and printing of items.
